Free freight offer is limited to $20, ground service, and on our selected carrier. Freight offer available ONLY within the 48 contiguous US states (excludes AK, HI, PR). Oversize freight charges and truck freight do not qualify for free freight (we will contact you).
Morris products do NOT qualify for free freight program.

Order Tracking

Where Are my Parts? Please read and follow the order tracking procedures below to quickly find out when your parts will arrive.

Online Orders

All customers who place an online order will receive two emails. The first is sent when your order is placed. The second is sent when your order is shipped and contains your important order tracking information. In this email you will find your shipping method and a tracking number. A link to your carrier's website will also be included. Follow this link and enter your tracking number to find out when your package is scheduled to arrive. Note: USPS domestic shipments cannot be tracked.

Phone Orders

Customer has valid email address on file
Customers who place a phone order and have a valid email address on file with Motorcars LTD will receive an email identical to the one sent for online orders. Please, follow the instructions above.

Customer does not have valid email address on file
If you did not receive an email with your tracking information, our sales staff can manually track your package for you. Please, call them at 800-338-5238. Retrieving tracking numbers manually can be time consuming, so please be patient. Our sales team will respond as quickly as possible. We encourage you to utilize our automated order tracking system for future orders by providing us with your email address.


I did not receive the shipping email with my tracking number

Step 1: Some email accounts do not allow messages from unknown senders. Please, verify that your email account is set up to receive a message from autoresp(at)britishparts(dot)com. Do not reply to this email. It is only used to send emails out. If you have any questions about your order, Email Us here.

Step 2: Call your Motorcars LTD sales rep and verify that we have your correct email address on file.

I received a shipping email but it does not contain my tracking number

Step 1: Make sure you're looking at the correct email. You will receive another email from autoresp(at)britishparts(dot)com that will include your tracking information. Do not reply to this email. It is only used to send emails out. If you have any questions about your order, Email Us here.

Step 2: If you are looking at the correct email, your shipping option may not include tracking information. USPS domestic orders will not include tracking numbers.
